Hi everyone, Salmon river is running @ 1650 cfs… and is dropping down to 1300 cfs at 8pm. For all of you that have been waiting for the water to come down here we go!!!! We are getting fish at 1650 all the better at 1300. Fish on the main river are right up under your feet. Right next to the banks!! Just gotta find those nooks and crannies to get a fish on. There’s uncountable fish in the mighty Salmon river!! More coming up as the reports thickened over the latter part of last weekend. Bite can be tough when cold fronts settle in!! Smaller hook, lighter line and smaller bait will help you get fish on. Look for mid day action when the sun is clipping the water. Run your baits SLOW!! SLOW!! SLOW!! Not that we are not getting fish in fast water but with there heart rate slowing down, floating slow is a good way to go! I’m at the ready to help everyone with there questions? I’m excited can’t say it enough “THE SALMON RIVER IS LOADED WITH FISH” !!!!!!! Happy Fishing!! srss j button… pics are from the last couple days!!!
